Total Tools Richlands and Springfield are growing, and we’re looking for two passionate people to join our teams!
We currently have two full-time positions available — one at our Richlands store and one at our Springfield store.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with customers, building relationships and helping people find the right solution.
You’ll be dealing with customers from all walks of life, so a friendly, confident and customer-focused attitude is essential.
Trade experience will be highly regarded, but it’s not the only thing we’re looking for. If you’re passionate about tools, enjoy learning and have a genuine interest in helping customers, we’d love to hear from you.
You may be a great fit if you have:

Trade, construction or industry experience

A genuine passion and knowledge of tools

Strong customer service and communication skills

Big-box or high-volume retail experience

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

A positive, energetic and team-focused attitude

A willingness to learn and develop your product knowledge
The role
These are full-time positions with a roster that includes weekend work, with premium award rates ing to eligible weekend hours.
Your regular Rostered Days Off (RDOs) will be Wednesday and Thursday, meaning you’ll be working weekends as part of your regular roster.
If you’re someone who loves tools, loves dealing with people and wants to work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are the same, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
