- Strategy Breakdown and Implementation: Assist the CEO in breaking down annual and quarterly strategic goals into actionable, specific plans and KPIs, and continuously monitor each department’s progress toward achieving them.
Operational Analysis and Reporting: Regularly compile business operations reports, monitor key business metrics (such as financial data and project progress), and distill core insights to support the CEO’s decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Follow-Up: Serving as the “central nervous system” for information and decision-making, coordinate across business lines and functional departments (such as R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance), resolve bottlenecks in collaboration, and ensure closed-loop follow-up on priority matters.
- Complex Schedule Management: Coordinate the CEO’s global travel itinerary, cross-time-zone meetings, and business trips, ensuring proactive planning, risk anticipation, and flawless execution.
- Meeting and Documentation Support: Manage the entire meeting process (preparation, minutes, and follow-up on resolutions), and draft or refine various important documents—including Chinese and English reports, speeches, and cooperation agreements.
Business Event Support: Accompany the CEO to important business negotiations, industry summits, and receptions; handle on-site communication and coordination, maintain professional networks, and provide high-level hospitality.
External Relations Network: Assist the CEO in managing public relations with external entities such as government agencies, strategic partners, and investors; accurately convey the company’s vision and uphold the executive’s professional image.
Pay: $13,695.33 – $16,854.42 per month
