We are seeking an FP&A Manager to join our Finance team, supporting Professional Services & Advice across Audit, Advisory & Consulting, Wealth, and Accounting & Tax. This role plays a key part in helping divisional leaders make well-informed decisions, underpinned by rigorous analysis and models they can rely on.
You will work closely with the FP&A Lead to strengthen financial reporting, forecasting and commercial insight across the business, while contributing to a broader data and automation transformation currently underway at Findex.
Key responsibilities
- Build advanced Excel-based financial models, including scenario and sensitivity tools and integrated P&L structures
- Lead variance analysis, identifying key trends and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations
- Contribute to the monthly reporting cycle, and to annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare polished, executive-ready presentations and reporting packs
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure analysis is well-informed and relevant
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the ongoing development of automation and AI capability within the team
About you
- 7+ years' experience in finance, FP&A or commercial finance
- CPA or CA qualified
- Advanced Excel skills, with demonstrated ability to build complex, multi-variable financial models
- Experience preparing reporting materials for senior stakeholders
- An interest in AI and automation tools, with a willingness to build capability in this area (prior experience is advantageous but not required)
- Experience working across multiple business areas or service lines, with the ability to adapt across different contexts
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear, accessible language
