Deliver Payroll and associated services for ongoing, fixed -term, casual and sessional staff through accurate and timely processing of transactional data.
About the role
Contribute to a high performing team delivering a fortnightly payroll and associated services including salary sacrificing arrangements, vehicle leasing and superannuation through accurate and timely processing of transactional data.
You will:
respond to payroll queries and build strong stakeholder relationships;
administer new starter, job change and termination calculations;
maintain and update employee records including tax file number information, superannuation and personal details; and
perform pay run variance reporting and investigations.
About you
You will possess demonstrated knowledge and understanding of salary, superannuation, taxation, workers compensation, salary sacrifice and salary packaging and demonstrated experience using HCM/payroll systems.
You will possess:
previous end to end processing experience in medium to large organisations;
experience with Workday, aPay/ascender desired not essential;
demonstrated knowledge interpreting enterprise agreements, awards and legislation;
ability to analyse payroll data and provide advise across diverse stakeholders; and
strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
