About the Opportunity
As a Program Coordinator within SDPR, Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority, you’ll provide vital project coordination and support for complex ICT/digital projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to improving connected, safe care for every person in NSW.
In this role, you will:

Coordinate and support the delivery of complex ICT/digital projects within the SDPR program.

Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and risk/issue registers to ensure governance compliance.

Prepare reports and briefs for monitoring, evaluation, and decision-making purposes.

Communicate with stakeholders and facilitate working groups to achieve project milestones.

Assist in prioritising competing demands across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

About You

You have experience providing high-level coordination and support for complex ICT/digital projects in large organisations.

You are highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You bring strong knowledge of project management processes, including maintaining schedules, risk and issue registers.

You excel at stakeholder communication and building collaborative relationships across multiple workstreams.

You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality outcomes with a customer-focused approach.
