You will develop, maintain, and uplift PMO&E scheduling standards, frameworks, tools, and minimum requirements aligned with industry best practice and the Integrated Project Delivery Framework.
You will provide expert scheduling assurance by assessing schedule realism, logic integrity, critical paths, and dependencies, identifying recovery and optimisation opportunities.
You will integrate schedule, cost, and risk data to support earned value management (EVM), portfolio performance reporting, and informed decision‑making.
You will analyse schedule performance trends and coach project schedulers, managers, and PMO staff to strengthen baseline control, capability uplift, and continuous improvement.
