Registration as a Pharmacist with extensive hospital pharmacy experience, preferably within oncology, haematology, or clinical trials

Demonstrated knowledge of chemotherapy preparation, dispensing practices, and investigational medicines management.

Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex pharmacy operations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide expert advice to clinicians, patients, and carers.

A commitment to quality improvement, patient safety, and delivering highquality cancer care within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Demonstrated high level skills and experience as a clinical pharmacist: this includes advanced level knowledge of therapeutics in the areas of oncology and haematology, clinical trials, relevant legislation and ability to apply these skills in practice.

Experience in aseptic manufacture with demonstrated understanding of current national standards and regulations for compounding injectable products is desirable.

Ability to develop and implement quality improvement activities to improve cancer care pharmacy services
Advanced skills in using computer applications including electronic systems, dispensing, database management, spreadsheets, word processing and expertise in the use of electronic oncology information management systems such as MOSAIQ, CHARM or ARIA.
