Perioperative Nurses Wanted – Northern Beaches Hospital
We are currently seeking experienced Perioperative Nurses in the following specialties:
Anaesthetics
Scrub/Scout
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to aged care residents
- Conduct assessments, administer medications, and manage care plans
- Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
- Liaise with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care

Requirements
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Relevant perioperative experience in Anaesthetics and/or Scrub/Scout
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
- Current Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check preferred
- Up-to-date immunisations, including COVID-19 and Influenza
- Excellent communication, clinical, and leadership skills
