About the role
This position offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Specialist to play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-focused care within the innovative STARS environment. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to the delivery of contemporary surgical and outpatient services across the ENT specialty. In addition to clinical care, you will take an active role in shaping service excellence through supervision, mentoring, and support of junior medical staff and trainees.

Operate as professionally responsible to the Deputy Director Surgery. Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
Provide specialist plastic surgery services for patients undergoing procedures at STARS within individual Scope of Clinical Practice (SoCP) and STARS Clinical Services Capability Framework (CSCF).
Undertake ENT surgery outpatient consultations and other specialist services as required.
Maintain currency and familiarity with STARS models of care, clinical workflows, and digital
