Your ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop grocery and nightfill teams
- Manage rostering and labour allocation
- Drive team performance and accountability
- Build a positive and high-performing department culture
Stock & Inventory Management
- Manage stock ordering and supplier deliveries
- Maintain excellent stock availability
- Minimise stock loss and shrinkage
- Oversee back dock and inventory processes
Merchandising & Store Standards
- Execute promotional and catalogue programs
- Maintain high presentation standards
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and customer-ready
- Drive strong merchandising outcomes
Financial Performance
- Monitor sales and department KPIs
- Manage wages and labour budgets
- Improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Deliver strong commercial outcomes
Store Operations
- Work closely with the Store Manager and leadership team
- Support overall store performance
- Ensure WHS and compliance standards are maintained
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
What You'll Bring
✔ Previous supermarket leadership experience
✔ Strong people leadership and coaching skills
✔ Experience managing stock, inventory and replenishment
✔ Knowledge of shrink, wages, gross profit and supermarket KPIs
✔ Strong organisational and communication skills
✔ A hands-on approach and ability to lead from the front
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
