Our Edmondson Park Centre is a brand new purpose built, world class Childcare centre for 140 Children with large indoor and outdoor learning environments.
Ignite Early Learning Centres are an established, family-owned business who have been operating since 2012. We have over 20 years’ experience within the childcare industry, with 4 of our centres located in Sydney, boasting strong occupancy and a positive work environment.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Enrolments, Admin & Growth Officer to join our growing team 3 days per week in a permanent part-time capacity.
The ideal candidate will have strong and exceptional administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.
The Role.
As an Enrolments Officer, you will be responsible for the overall administration of enrolments of customers, fees and childcare subsidy as well as ensuring that occupancy targets are met. You will work as part of a team to manage the enrolment process for 4 childcare centres. You will provide general administration help to Centre Managers as well as manage the CRM and OWNA systems.
Growth & Occupancy Strategy Develop and execute an annual occupancy growth strategy to achieve budgeted occupancy and revenue targets. Communicate with Marketing team to align and provide generation with conversion capacity, identify new growth opportunities and commercial innovation initiatives, and drive competitor benchmarking and performance insights.
Customer Lifecycle & Experience Own the family journey from enquiry through enrolment, retention, and re-enrolment while ensuring a consistent experience across our services and digital platforms such as OWNA and CRM.
CRM & Digital Ecosystem Own CRM strategy and optimisation and improve lead-to-enrolment conversion through automation, segmentation, and strong pipeline / waitlist for services.

Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will include but not be limited to
· Acting as the first point of contact for prospective families via phone, email.
· Managing all enrolments administration, including enrolment amendments, welcome communications, and responding to family enquiries v
· Booking and coordinating centre tours for prospective families
· Ensuring all enrolments and terminations are in line with service policies and National regulations.
· Maintaining external and Internal waitlist on CRM and OWA
· Liaising with families regarding account enquiries, including fees and Child Care Subsidy (CCS) entitlements
· Following up on additional day requests and upselling of days
· Actively working with Marketing team along with Centre Manager and ACM coordinators to ensure services and occupancy is aligned and achieved.
· Ensuring all enrolments adhere to national regulations and requirements
Min Requirement
· A current Working with Children Check and NSW Police Check
· A thorough working knowledge of Children’s services regulation
· The ability to inspire, motivate and maintain positive relationships with families.
· Strong written and clearly spoken communication skills
