Prepare and validate timesheets ahead of payroll processing

Ensure hours worked, overtime, penalties, and allowances are accurately recorded

Identify and resolve discrepancies prior to payroll cut-off

Process leave requests

Coordinate rostering requests and respond to queries, calls, and emails promptly

Administer and maintain TimeTarget, including training for managers and team members where required

Generate reports on staffing levels, attendance, and labour usage

Analyse trends to improve future scheduling decisions

Qualification in Business Administration (or similar), or extensive experience in office administration
Proven experience with high-volume rostering in a gaming or hospitality environment
Strong technical proficiency with the ability to confidently navigate software systems

Knowledge of Australian employment legislation
Strong understanding of operational requirements within a medium to large organisation

Previous experience using TimeTarget is highly regarded
