The UniSuper Advice Business Unit operates as a Centre of Excellence, integrating all channels of advice, education and guidance, digital, professional wealth management, and external adviser partnerships within a single system. The team provides strategic, operational, and governance capability to deliver high-quality, professional advice and guidance that strengthens member outcomes, ensures compliance with AFSL and Trustee obligations, and positions the fund as a market leader. The role below is plays a key part in advancing this mission through strategic partnerships and member engagement initiatives that amplify the reach, reputation, and impact of UniSuper’s advice ecosystem.

The role
The key focus of this role is delivering engaging one-to-many direct-to-member education experiences that build financial capability, answer key member questions and support meaningful action. You will be a key part of UniSuper's one-to-many education channel, delivering engaging education experiences through webinars, seminars and events that build members' financial confidence and retirement readiness. In addition, you will:
- Deliver engaging one-to-many direct-to-member education experiences through webinars, seminars, industry events and other education channels, both in person and virtually.
- Deliver education and learning pathways for new and existing members across retirement planning and financial wellbeing.
- Present education anchored in retirement readiness, investment literacy, contributions and wealth building, super fundamentals, insurance and protection, behavioural decision-making, and knowing when to seek advice.
- Partner with Marketing & Growth to support personalised learning pathways and member engagement.
- Support the Advice education distribution strategy and create pathways into General Advice and Personal Advice channels where appropriate.
Measure education effectiveness and continuously improve content, delivery and member outcomes.

About you
You are an experienced education or presentation professional within superannuation or financial services who enjoys engaging groups and helping people understand complex concepts in a simple, accessible way. You build strong relationships, communicate with confidence and take pride in delivering meaningful education outcomes. Furthermore, you will:
- Enjoy presenting to large audiences and facilitating engaging one-to-many learning experiences, within superannuation or financial services sector
- Comfortable travelling within your assigned region to deliver member education programs.
- Strong knowledge of superannuation legislation, retirement income considerations and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences in both face-to-face and virtual settings.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex superannuation concepts in clear, simple and accessible language.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Financial Planning qualifications in addition to RG146 an advantage.
