Hunter Sports Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader Trampoline & Tumbling
to join our growing Trampoline Centre of Excellence in Lake Macquarie, NSW.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trampoline coach to play a key leadership role
within one of Australia's premier trampoline facilities, supporting athletes from recreational
participation through to high performance pathways, part time or full-time opportunity available to
suitable candidates

About the Role:
Reporting to the Sports Development Officer – Trampoline, the Team Leader Trampoline & Tumbling will
provide leadership across recreational, development, and competitive trampoline programs.
The role combines coaching, athlete development, staff mentoring, program coordination, and operational
support to ensure outstanding participant experiences and athlete outcomes.
Our objectives are to:
- Provide community access to athletics and gymnastics programs and activities.
- Contribute to the local economy through sports tourism.
- Provide and maintain world class sporting and ancillary facilities.
- Meet the needs of local residents through offering community focused activities, sport specific
programs and services to support high performing athletes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality trampoline and tumbling programs across all participation levels
- Coach athletes within recreational, development, and competitive streams
