About the Role:
MSS Security is seeking a Casual Gatehouse Security Officer to join our team in Ballarat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing site access, maintaining accurate records, and providing professional reception and gatehouse services to support the safe and secure operation of the site.
This role requires flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
Responsibilities:

Provide professional gatehouse and reception services by greeting visitors, and recording visitor details.

Manage site access by checking gate passes and controlling personnel, vehicle, and asset entry.

Complete accurate data entry and maintain visitor, vehicle, and contractor records.

Support the safe and secure operation of the gatehouse by issuing keys and site forms, providing after-hours directions, and conducting routine safety inspections of the gatehouse and surrounding areas.
Requirements:

Full Australian Working Rights

Valid Victorian Security License
-
Valid First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)

Valid Drivers License

Ability to work a 24/7 rotational roster

Prior security experience required.
