Maserati Brisbane is currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join the Brisbane team.

The ideal candidate will be motivated to work with our famous brand, products, and customers in a small, hands-on team environment.
You will also need to demonstrate attention to detail, commitment to customer service at the highest level and a willingness to learn.
In this role you will:
- Deliver an exceptional luxury retail experience in a premium Maserati showroom
- Supporting the Sales & Service teams in all dealership processes
- Be the point of contact for our clients and guests, meeting them with warmth and passion.
- Supporting customers with sales & service enquiries
- Maintaining sales product knowledge
- Managing and monitoring sales data across various CRM and OEM platforms
- Managing stock control across the dealership DMS platform
- Attending to CRM data entry
- Maintaining the DMS functions for the brand
- Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the showroom
- Lead sourcing and database calling
- Supporting all dealership departments as necessary including working with our marketing team on events and promotional activities
- Manage the complete sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle handover
- Consistently achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service, professionalism, and brand representation
- Collaborate with finance and aftersales teams to ensure a seamless ownership experience and foster long-term client loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have:
