FULL TIME CHEF/COOK WANTED!!!
17 CHURCH STREET NELSON BAY PTY LIMITED trading as T.I. Hospitality located atTattersall's Hotel 47 Adelaide St, Blayney, NSW, 2799, is currently seeking talented and dedicated Full Time Chef/Cook for the daily operation of our busy kitchen.
Major duties:
- Analyse recipes to assign prices to menu items, based on food, labour, and overhead costs.
- Prepare and cook foods in quantity of all types, either on a regular basis or for special guests or functions.
- Based on customers preferences develop menu in collaboration with Senior Chefs.
- Must display excellent prep, cooking, and plating skills
- Enforce OH&S and hygiene regulations.
- Inspect facilities or equipment for regulatory compliance.
- Requisition stock, materials, supplies, or equipment.
- Schedule employee work hours by coordinating activities.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff.
- Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure conformance to established.
- Meet with customers to discuss menus for special occasions.
Work experience: At least two years’ Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.
Education/Skills: Relevant Qualifications in Hospitality OR At least two years’ Experience
Annual Leave: 4 weeks
Working Hours: 38 Hrs per week
