You'll work across clinic and community settings, supporting NDIS participants and community clients across the lifespan to achieve meaningful communication, participation and independence goals.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Manage a diverse caseload across paediatrics, adults and NDIS
- Complete comprehensive speech, language and communication assessments
- Develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans
- Deliver engaging interventions across clinic and community settings
- Support clients and their families through education, coaching and practical strategies
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, educators and support networks
- Mentor and support other Speech Pathologists, sharing your knowledge and clinical expertise
- Support less experienced clinicians through case discussions, peer learning and collaboration
- Collaborate closely with OTs, Physios and other Allied Health professionals
- Continue developing your own clinical expertise through mentoring, supervision and professional development

- What You'll Bring We're looking for a Speech Pathologist who is confident clinically, passionate about making a difference and excited to help others grow.
You will have:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership/eligibility
- 3+ years experience working within the NDIS and/or community setting
- A genuine interest in supporting and mentoring other clinicians
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
