About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping organisational capability, culture, and employee experience.
As a Senior Advisor, People Innovation and Experience, you will design and deliver organisational development frameworks, programs, and initiatives that drive engagement, strengthen capability, and support evolving workforce needs. Working across the organisation, you will partner with stakeholders to implement innovative, evidence-based solutions that enhance performance, support cultural change, and contribute to a high-performing and inclusive workplace.
This role operates in a dynamic and complex environment, requiring a balance of strategic thinking, practical delivery, and strong stakeholder engagement to influence outcomes and embed sustainable change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement organisational development strategies, frameworks, and initiatives to build capability and support workforce performance
- Provide expert, evidence-based advice informed by industry best practice to shape learning, development, and organisational outcomes
- Lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of programs and interventions aligned to strategic priorities
- Coordinate and embed policies, processes, and frameworks that support service delivery and organisational effectiveness
- Identify capability and learning needs, and design solutions that enable cultural uplift and workforce development
- Monitor, analyse, and report on program outcomes, using insights to inform continuous improvement and decision-making
- Deliver end-to-end projects, including planning, stakeholder engagement, resource coordination, governance, and reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders to support adoption and alignment
- Stay informed of emerging trends, insights, and government priorities to recommend innovative approaches that enhance employee experience and organisational performance

About You:
We are looking for a strategic and collaborative professional with a passion for people, culture, and organisational development.
You will demonstrate:
- Proven experience designing and delivering organisational development, learning, or capability initiatives
- Strong understanding of contemporary OD practices, employee experience, and workforce development strategies
- Ability to translate business needs into practical, evidence-based solutions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across diverse groups
- Strong project management capability, with experience managing multiple priorities in a complex environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and evaluate program effectiveness
- Highly developed communication and writing skills, including preparing reports, briefs, and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to navigate change and competing priorities
Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated equivalent professional experience in human resources, organisational development and/or relevant industry experience.
