About Us: Greenpet is an online business dedicated to offering natural health products for animals and providing education to pet carers on a healthy lifestyle for dogs, cats, and horses. We're a small, family-run company based in a semi-rural area, and we are looking for a motivated, tech-savvy individual to join our team!
The Role
You’ll help run the day-to-day operations of our online business — processing orders, updating our Shopify website and creating engaging video content for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram Reels. You’ll also support general office tasks and assist with sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Process online orders and update the website (Shopify)
- Create engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp/Klaviyo
- Edit photos and artwork using Canva
- Manage general office tasks using Excel, Mailchimp and Outlook
- Assist with marketing and sales initiatives
- Troubleshoot tasks and help solve problems as they arise
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent IT Skills: Comfortable using Excel, Word, Mailchimp and Outlook. Xero experience is a plus.
- Social Media Savvy: Enjoy creating engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Attention to Detail: Neat, organised and precise in your work.
- Problem-Solving: Able to manage multiple tasks, think outside the box and find solutions.
- Communication: Friendly and professional communication skills.
- Sales & Marketing: Experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Website Experience: Shopify experience is desirable.

- Own transport is essential as we’re located in a semi-rural area with no public transport
Position Details
- Schedule: 4 days per week, 9am–4pm — Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
- Location: Our office is in a peaceful, semi-rural area — own transport is essential
- Training Provided: We’ll provide training on our products and internal processes
