The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping people.
You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring every gifting experience is as seamless and special as the products we deliver.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, live chat and social media
- Assist with orders, delivery enquiries and product recommendations
- Resolve issues quickly and with empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution
- Support returns and exchanges with ease and care
- Work closely with our warehouse and delivery partners to keep customers informed
- Capture customer feedback to help us continually improve
- Maintain accurate records and stay up to date with products, promotions and processes
- Deal with customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in customer service (retail, call centre or e-commerce)
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, seasonal environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- A calm, solutions-focused approach when handling challenges
- Confidence using systems and learning new platforms (experience with Gorgias and or Shopify a bonus)
