We're looking for an experienced Senior Designer to join our Design team and help shape the future of our Women's Underwear category.
About the Role
As our Senior Designer, you'll lead the creative direction of the category, turning trends and insights into products that customers love. You'll work closely with Design, Merchandising, R&D and Supply Chain teams to develop seasonal ranges that are both innovative and commercially successful.
You'll also support and develop a small design team, helping to bring great ideas to life while keeping projects moving on time.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the design and development of seasonal product ranges.
- Research trends, consumer insights, colours, fabrics and new product ideas.
- Create products that balance creativity, commercial goals and customer needs.
- Prepare and present seasonal concepts, colour palettes and range direction.
- Partner with Merchandising, R&D, Supply Chain and suppliers throughout the product development process.
- Mentor and support designers, providing guidance, feedback and development opportunities.
- Look for ways to improve processes and help bring products to market more efficiently.
What You'll Bring
- A qualification in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Experience in a similar design role within a commercial environment.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a design team.
- Strong product design and development knowledge.
- CAD design skills and working knowledge of Photoshop.
- A good understanding of trends, fabrics, colour and product innovation.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
