About the role
The role undertakes regular stakeholder engagement activities, manages communications and notifications relating to changes across LRS, and delivers discrete project initiatives that improve how information is planned, governed and shared.
The position also works closely with subject matter experts and business areas across Land Services Victoria (LSV) and the broader Department of Transport and Planning to ensure digital content on LRS websites is accurate, consistent, customer-focused and aligned to departmental standards.
What we’re looking for (Selection Criteria)
You’re someone who:
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communications planning by developing and maintaining fit‑for‑purpose communications and stakeholder engagement plans that support LRS initiatives, operational changes and customer impacts.
- Deliver stakeholder engagement activities using a range of formal and informal communication channels and approaches including workshops, briefings, consultations, industry updates and feedback mechanisms, ensuring stakeholder needs, risks and expectations are appropriately identified and managed.
- Manage communications and change notifications relating to business, operational, policy and system changes, ensuring messaging is accurate, timely, consistent and tailored to different audiences.
- Coordinate digital content review and governance by working with business areas and digital teams to plan, review and update LRS website content, ensuring information is current and clear, meets the Victorian Government standards for accessible content, and is approved through agreed processes.

Qualifications and experience
You’ll bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Project Management/Commerce/Business Administration and/or experience in the field. (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience leading stakeholder engagement and communications planning for complex initiatives, operational changes, or customer‑impacting projects.
