The Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to provide personalised care and support to a client in Werribee, VIC. This role is ideal for someone who is attentive, respectful, and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and ensure the client’s wellbeing and safety
- Assist with domestic duties including cleaning, laundry, and general household tasks
- Offer social support, including accompanying the client to appointments or shopping
- Provide physical, emotional and social support
- Be able to perform your duties with a high level of integrity, confidentiality and compassion
- Ensure all services are delivered to a high standard and in accordance with Pearl Home Care’s core values
- Any duties directed by Management
About You:
- Previous experience in aged care, or a similar role preferred
- Patient, empathetic, and culturally sensitive
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (preferred)
- Relevant checks (e.g., NDIS Check, First Aid, CPR) or willingness to obtain
