As an Educator Passport Systems Officer, your key responsibilities include:

Provide communication to customers regarding system solutions, updates, or changes.

Prepare regular desk reports detailing request volumes, issue types, and resolution times.

Independently investigate, analyse and resolve complex user and system issues.

Coordinate support activities across consortium partners and act as the primary operational contact for Educator Passport support matters.

Analyse support trends and identify opportunities to improve service delivery, user experience and platform utilisation.
-
Lead the operational administration and governance of Educator Passport system functions, including user access, permissions, configuration management, data integrity and platform utilisation.

Conduct checks to ensure the application functions correctly across platforms.

Respond to staff queries with professionalism and clear guidance.
-
Design and deliver system training, support resources and onboarding activities for new partners.

Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to workflows and system enhancements.
-
Lead investigation and analysis of recurring operational issues, determine root causes and develop sustainable improvement strategies and recommendations.

Assist with tasks relating to Educator Passport program delivery as required, such as reporting.

Support the broader PEC team to meet operational demands as required.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with demonstrated experience administering and optimising enterprise applications, digital platforms or technology-enabled services operating across multiple stakeholder groups.
Qualifications required for the role:

A relevant degree qualification in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Digital Technologies, Learning Technologies or a related discipline together with substantial relevant experience in enterprise systems administration, digital platform management or technical services delivery; or

Lesser formal qualifications with extensive relevant experience and demonstrated specialist expertise in systems administration, digital platform management, application support leadership or related technical fields; or
-
An equivalent combination of education, training and significant relevant experience.
This position is assessed as partly remote capable and if this position is approved for flexible work arrangements Chisholm’s retains the right to recall to campus in the event of incidents and events that require on campus attendance.
