Production & Packing Assistant
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production & Packing Assistant to join our growing honey manufacturing business based in Lonsdale, SA.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in producing and packing premium Australian honey products for both local and international markets. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll be part of a friendly, small team that values quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing honey into a variety of jar sizes and packaging formats.
- Applying labels by hand and checking finished products for quality.
- Packing finished products into cartons ready for dispatch.
- Monitoring and operating our honey sachet packing machines.
- Conducting quality checks throughout the production process.
- Keeping the production area clean, organised, and food-safe.
- Assisting with general production and warehouse duties as required.
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, packing, or warehousing is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Pay: $30.00 – $36.66 per hour
