We're excited to welcome the Senior Business Advisor - Business Practice Improvement Officer (BPIO) to our Palliative Care team.

The purpose of this role, BPIO will contribute to the Palliative Care strategic and operational outcomes by providing business-focused advice and support the implementation of performance uplift initiatives in conjunction with clinical teams. Manage the Palliative Care performance team to support Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service to deliver against the relevant Statewide and National Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities include:
Lead the Palliative Care performance team to comprehensively analyse Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service performance against KPIs.
Create performance dashboards and reports that monitor performance against key indicators through written and illustrative analysis.
Provide timely advice to the leadership on factors that reduce performance against KPI. Identify root causes of underperformance for resolution and rectification based on data analysis.
Develop and implement procedures and systems for the provision of ongoing analysis to assist with improvement strategies, best practice methodology, to support KPI performance. Monitor, refine, and evaluate the impact of these strategies.
Remuneration value up to $112,568 p.a, comprising salary rates $63.04- $67.53 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6) (permanent part time 56. 24 hrs p.f.)
