Chef – Full Time
Nude Amigos
Nude Amigos is a busy and established restaurant specialising in modern Mexican cuisine. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is a genuine full-time position in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
- Managing kitchen operations during service
- Assisting with menu planning and development
- Supervising and training kitchen staff
- Managing stock control and ordering
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Commercial Cookery (Certificate III or higher)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef
- Experience in a commercial kitchen environment
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong organisational and teamwork skills
Employment Details:
- Full-time position (38 hours per week)
- Salary: $73,150 – $80,000 per annum plus superannuation
- Location: Gold Coast
