We are looking for a motivated Team member to join our Lane Cove Branch. This is a varied role where you’ll be the friendly face at the trade counter while also supporting smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Duties Include:
- Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders
- Booking in freight via online portals and over the phone
- Unloading & Loading Trucks
- Stock Organisation
- Inbound sales calls
- General administration tasks
- Face to face service for walk in trade customers
- General sales assistant duties
- Maintaining the cleanliness of warehouse
- Occasional deliveries in a small ute
To be successful, you will need:
- Experience in customer service is essential
- Previous warehouse experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Reliable and strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Current Driver Licence and Forklift License
