Cervo Restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team on a casual basis or part time. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment at our Southbank location in Crown.
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining operational excellence, managing the door and overseeing the service and staff.
What you'll be doing
- Suppor the General Manager in daily operations.
- Manage service and staff during the Manager’s absence, including coverage for leave.
- Ensure exceptional service and hospitality by training, and providing feedback to the Front of House team.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain effective communication between FOH & BOH
- Manage reservation, addressing customer inquiries via phone and feedbacks.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards across all areas of the venue.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a leadership F&B role
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Passion for guest experience and service excellence
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, especially weekends and evenings
