The Role
This is a service and maintenance position based across Sydney, but it's more than just a field job it's a career opportunity.
We're a business with a clear growth plan, and we're looking for an experienced electrician who eventually wants more than just the tools. Whether that's quoting, project management, or one day helping run the business, if you've got the ambition, we'll invest in developing you.
For the right person, this role has a genuine pathway into a hybrid office/field position, and ultimately into a leadership or management role as the business scales.
What You'll Be Doing
- Fault finding and breakdown maintenance
- Scheduled preventative maintenance
- Switchboard upgrades and RCD testing
- Residential and commercial service calls
- Delivering excellent customer-facing service on site
- Over time: involvement in quoting, project management, and business operations
What We're Looking For
- Current Australian Electrical Licence
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
- Maintenance background highly regarded
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build something not just fill a role
- Valid driver's licence
