Part-time Education Counsellor - Philippines, Taiwan, Korea (Ideally in the last year of their study)

Position Description
- Proactively seek potential client via referral & social media & community
- Being in charge of counselling students by asking important questions, proactively listening to their needs and helping them make the most suitable decision for their study options
- Counselling and processing applications for international students: ELICOS, VET, College and University
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of the student's application including documents under the CRM
- Communicate with partner institutions to enquire or follow up with students’ application
- Attend professional training and industry event from institutions or the company
- Update and report application process to the manager from weekly, monthly and quarterly
- Liaise with other colleagues to help promote our brand and company to international students
- Willingness to take different opportunities, bringing the open-mindset to ad-hoc duties as required
- Understanding the Australian student visa system
- Understanding the admission process for English school, VET College and Universities in Australia
- Prepare, organise and attend the marketing & social event for education & visa activities

A candidate who really enjoys creating tiktok & reels & writing blog to help international students
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team to contribute the growth of the market
- A candidate who is passionate in starting their career as the education counsellor in long-term with Expert Education
- Professional and a "can-do" attitude towards your work and motivated to engage in numerous activities with a great work ethic
- Work experience in customer service, sales or education agency (Desirable but not mandatory)
- A candidate who is connected to the local community for the market
- Detailed orientated person who pay close attention and notice minor details to applications
