We are looking for a Specialist Sales Representative – CNS Neurology to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will partner with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and hospital stakeholders to drive the success of our neurology portfolio while helping to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.

As a Specialist Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering commercial success across your territory by developing strategic customer relationships and executing impactful business plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Growth & Business Performance

Achieve or exceed territory sales targets, business objectives, and budget goals

Execute sales and promotional strategies aligned with national and regional commercial plans

Identify opportunities to grow product adoption and market share within your territory

Manage territory expenses effectively while maximizing business outcomes
Build Strategic Customer Partnerships

Develop and implement account plans tailored to specialist customers and healthcare institutions

Establish strong relationships with neurologists, specialists, hospital stakeholders, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

Influence formulary approvals, protocol updates, and product adoption initiatives within target hospitals

Deliver value-based customer interactions supported by strong clinical and product knowledge
Territory Planning & Market Insights

Maintain an up-to-date customer database and targeting strategy

Ensure effective territory coverage through data-driven planning and prioritization

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights, providing regular feedback to the business

Prepare and execute business plans that include customer engagement strategies, educational programs, promotional activities, and budget management
Education & Scientific Excellence

Demonstrate a high level of technical, product, and disease-state expertise within the CNS therapeutic area

Participate in approved training and development programs to continuously strengthen knowledge and capabilities

Utilize approved promotional materials and resources in alignment with current marketing strategies
Compliance & Collaboration

Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with industry regulations, Medicines Australia guidelines, and company policies

Collaborate effectively with local, regional, and global cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, or a related discipline

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative within a specialist or hospital environment, or

Relevant clinical experience within the CNS (Central Nervous System) therapeutic area

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and disease states, particularly within CNS/Neurology
