About the Role
Assure Ability is an NDIS registered disability support services provider based in Yagoona, NSW. We are looking for a reliable, compassionate and detail-oriented female cleaner to join our team on a casual or part-time basis.
This is a dual-function role covering both office cleaning and in-home cleaning support for NDIS participants. Due to the nature of NDIS home support services — which may involve entering the private residences and personal spaces of female clients — we are seeking female applicants only. This is a genuine occupational requirement under the Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth).

Your Responsibilities
Office Cleaning:
- Clean and sanitise office spaces, kitchens, bathrooms and common areas
- Vacuum, mop and dust all areas to a high standard
- Empty bins and manage waste disposal
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed
NDIS Home Cleaning:
- Provide domestic cleaning support in the homes of NDIS participants
- Tasks may include general housekeeping, laundry, vacuuming, mopping, dishes and kitchen/bathroom cleaning
- Deliver services in a respectful, dignified and person-centred manner
- Follow NDIS Practice Standards and participant support plans
- Maintain accurate shift notes and records as required
What You'll Need
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Respectful, empathetic and professional approach
- Previous cleaning or home care experience is an advantage
What We Offer
- Stable, regular hours — 24 hours per week
Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
