You will manage end-to-end social media content creation—from filming and editing to strategy and scheduling. You’ll work directly with our expert practitioners (osteopaths, acupuncturists, TCM doctors, and remedial massage therapists) to translate complex health and wellness topics into engaging, accessible, and compliant content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Platform Content Creation: Ideate, shoot, edit, and publish platform-native content tailored for TikTok, Instagram (Reels & Stories), YouTube Shorts, and X (Twitter).
- On-Site Content Capture: Visit our Crows Nest clinic regularly to film practitioner spotlights, treatment explainers, educational tips, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Visual Storytelling & Copywriting: Write compelling hooks and captions, and design eye-catching graphics/thumbnails that resonate with health-conscious Sydney locals.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, manage comments/DMs, and foster an active, supportive online community.
- AHPRA Advertising Compliance: Ensure all social content complies strictly with AHPRA guidelines for regulated health services (e.g., managing testimonials, avoiding guaranteed outcome claims, and placing appropriate educational disclaimers).
- (Bonus) Multicultural Reach: Broaden audience reach across platforms like Xiaohongshu (RED) targeting local communities (bilingual skills in Mandarin are a plus, but not required).
