Job Description
Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in supporting strategic projects and operational HR priorities across our healthcare network. This is a diverse and impactful role, providing the opportunity to partner with leaders across corporate and hospital environments, supporting workforce initiatives that enable business performance and enhance the employee experience. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver practical HR solutions, support change initiatives, and contribute to projects that shape the future of healthcare delivery. Depending on your experience, this role may also provide the opportunity to support metropolitan hospital sites, partnering with operational leaders to deliver high-quality HR support across a dynamic healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do
As an HR Business Partner, you will provide trusted HR advice and support across a range of strategic and operational initiatives. Working collaboratively with leaders, you will help drive people outcomes, support organisational change, and deliver projects that align with Ramsay’s purpose of People Caring for People.
Key responsibilities include:

Partner with leaders across procurement, corporate functions, and hospital operations to deliver effective HR solutions.

Provide HR support across key projects, including workforce initiatives, change programs, and business improvement activities.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing practical advice across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organisational development.

Assist with the implementation of HR programs, policies, and processes across the organisation.

Support leaders through periods of change, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement.

Analyse workforce data and trends to provide insights and support informed decision-making.

Depending on experience, provide HR partnership support to metropolitan hospital sites and operational leaders.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR advisory role.

Experience supporting projects, change initiatives, or business transformation programs.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels.

Experience providing advice across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organisational development.

Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a broader HR team.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and provide insights.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving capability.

Healthcare, procurement, or large complex organisation experience will be highly regarded.
