Dental Paradiso is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and growing practice. We combine advanced dental technology with genuine personal care, and we’re searching for someone who shares those values.

Your role
As the welcoming face of Dental Paradiso, you will:
- Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable
- Manage bookings, confirmations and appointment changes
- Communicate with patients by phone, email and in person
- Help patients understand and schedule appropriate treatments
- Maintain productive appointment books, waitlists and follow-ups
- Process payments and health fund claims
- Keep patient records accurate and up to date
- Work closely with our dentists and clinical team
Experience
- Ideally, at least two years of dental reception experience
- Applicants with at least one year of experience are also encouraged to apply and will be considered individually
- Familiarity with Zavy 360 or a similar dental practice management system is an advantage
- Basic dental knowledge is required

Pay: $30.00 – $36.00 per hour

- Osborne Park WA 6017: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
