About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple insurance repair projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting site inspections, assessments, reporting, and preparing quotations. Travelling throughout the Perth metro area and, on occasion, regional WA.
- Managing residential and commercial insurance building repairs from commencement through to completion. Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and materials.
- Maintaining regular communication with insurers, brokers, loss adjusters, strata managers, and customers.
- Managing project budgets, timelines, and quality outcomes.
- Identifying and resolving project issues before they impact service delivery.
- Providing timely project updates in accordance with client SLAs.
- Monitoring contractor performance and maintaining a reliable trade network.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, WHS requirements, and Quality Management Systems.
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in managing insurance claims (BAU & Major Loss) (preferred but not essential).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for decision-making under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Understanding of insurance policies and procedures, particularly for complex claims (preferred but not essential).

Pay: $92,103.93 – $125,000.00 per year
