About the Role
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you will support individuals living with disabilities to achieve their goals, maintain independence, and participate fully in their communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support clients with community access, social activities, appointments, and recreational programs.
- Promote independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion.
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes.
- Follow individual support plans and workplace policies.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings where required.
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current Working with Children Check (if applicable).
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.
- Right to work in Australia.
- Relevant qualifications in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, or related field (desirable but not essential).
