We are seeking detail-oriented Office Administrators to join our growing rental car. The ideal candidates will manage administrative tasks, documentation, and bookkeeping to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Process paperwork related to vehicle servicing and repairs
- Handle basic bookkeeping and financial records
- File and organize important documents
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in documentation
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Can speak both English and Vietnamese
