The key focus of this role is to deliver hands ‑ on coaching, training and facilitation that accelerates adoption of UniSuper’s new operating model and agile ways of working. You will contribute across the organisation, supporting teams and leaders to translate frameworks and principles into practical, day ‑ to ‑ day behaviours that improve delivery outcomes.
You are an experienced agile or delivery coach who enjoys influencing change through collaboration, insight and practical support. You bring strong judgement, adaptability and a passion for building capability in complex environments.
