Meteora Vineyard is seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join the opening kitchen team of a new luxury vineyard destination in the heart of Queensland’s Granite Belt.

About the Role
Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will play a key role in delivering a polished and consistent dining experience across restaurant service, cellar door dining, and curated guest experiences.

Responsibilities
- Manage your section during preparation and service
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards
- Assist with mise en place and daily kitchen operations
- Support seasonal menu execution
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Passion for produce-led cooking and hospitality
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and organised during service
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Experience in Mediterranean, European, or premium regional dining environments is highly regarded.
Remuneration
Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour, guaranteed full-time hours, with overtime and penalty rates paid in accordance with the applicable Award.
