Your Role
Are you passionate about supporting Aboriginal children, families and Community?
MDAS is looking for a Team Leader Early Years to support the daily coordination of our Early Years programs based at our Mildura office.
In this role, you will work closely with the Manager, Early Years to support staff, strengthen program delivery, and help ensure our services are safe, effective and meeting the needs of families and community.
In this role you will;

Coordinate the daily running of Early Years programs,

Provide support, supervision and mentoring to Early Years staff,

Support program planning, development and improvement,

Ensure services meet funding, reporting and compliance requirements,

Monitor program outcomes, budgets and client feedback,

Work with internal teams to support smooth intake, assessment and referral pathways,

Build strong relationships with local services, agencies and community partners,
-
Contribute to culturally safe, evidence-based and best practice service delivery.
This is a permanent, position working 38 hours per week and is based at our Mildura office location.

About you

Has experience working in Early Years, family services, community services or a similar area,

Can support and guide a team in a positive and practical way,

Understands the importance of culturally safe service delivery,

Has strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills,
-
Can build respectful relationships with families, staff, community and external services,

Is confident with reporting, compliance and program coordination.
