Description of the role: We’re seeking a Partner to join our Business Advisory team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a significant portfolio of clients, driving business development initiatives, mentoring future leaders, and contributing to the firm's long-term strategy and success. You will work closely with fellow partners to strengthen our market presence and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
What makes you ‘just right’:
CA or CPA qualification.
15+ years' experience in public practice accounting.
Significant experience leading client portfolios and advisory engagements.
Demonstrated success in business development and revenue growth.
Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities.
Existing professional networks and referral relationships that support ongoing business development.
What your day might look like:
Lead and grow a portfolio of business advisory clients across a range of industries.
Provide strategic and commercial advice to business owners, executives, and stakeholders.
Drive business development and identify opportunities for growth across existing and prospective clients.
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key clients and referral networks.
Lead complex advisory engagements, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Mentor and develop directors, managers, and emerging leaders within the firm.
Contribute to the firm's strategic planning, governance, and operational leadership.
Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Represent the firm within the business community and professional networks.
