The role focuses on managing chronic and complex conditions such as cognitive impairment, dementia, sleep disorders, depression, anxiety, functional decline and falls.
Beyond direct care, you’ll contribute to service planning, quality improvement, and education, supporting the ongoing growth of aged care nursing practice across the region.
