We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of civil construction projects, including an $11M intersection upgrade operating within TMR specifications and standards. You will join a high-performing team delivering multiple subdivision and roadworks projects, with responsibility for driving project outcomes from planning through to completion.

About You
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will bring proven leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality expectations. You will have extensive experience managing civil construction and subdivision projects, along with a strong understanding of TMR (Transport and Main Roads) standards, specifications, and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scheduling, delivery, and reporting activities across multiple civil construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, safety requirements, regulations, standards, and TMR specifications
- Monitor and manage project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost control, and monthly reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, procurement activities, and plant/equipment resources to achieve project milestones
- Drive project performance across safety, quality, programme, and commercial outcomes
- Manage subcontractor engagement, performance, and contract administration
- Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues to maintain delivery targets
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff and site teams to foster a high-performance culture
