What you'll be doing
The Administrative Officer provides high-level administrative and clerical support for the NSW Health Pathology Western Sydney Local Health District and ensures that all administrative responsibilities are undertaken in an efficient, professional and timely manner.

- Demonstrated experience in providing executive administrative support, including the capacity to operate effectively with minimal supervision, exercise independent judgement, discretion and initiative and meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage work priorities and work flow within allocated resources to support efficient and effective service delivery and commitment to providing quality services and applying quality improvement initiatives to workplace practices and procedures
- High level written and verbal communication skills and ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with staff and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving and ability to respond, adapt and cope with changing priorities.
Highly developed skills in using PC based software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook), SharePoint and network operations and electronic systems to complete work activities
