- Monitor cash flow, process payroll, and handle financial reporting.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure adherence to Australian healthcare regulations, including privacy laws and patient rights.
- Manage health and safety protocols (e.g., sterilization and infection control).
Patient Relations & Marketing
- Coordinate front desk operations and patient scheduling.
- Manage patient feedback, resolve complaints, and drive marketing initiatives to attract new patients.
Operational Oversight
- Manage inventory, order clinical supplies, and oversee equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate continuing professional development (CPD) for staff.
