Socialisha is a fast-growing social media marketing agency based in Melbourne, specialising in organic social media management, content creation and digital marketing.
We work with an exciting range of clients across industries including construction, hospitality, cafés, restaurants, automotive, beauty, skin clinics, health, retail, real estate and professional services. No two days are the same, and no two brands are alike.
We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer who genuinely understands social media design and knows how to create content that captures attention on Instagram and TikTok.

About the Role
You'll be working alongside our creative team to produce engaging, high-quality content across multiple client accounts.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can confidently manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Your Responsibilities
- Design engaging Instagram Stories grapgic posts for a variety of clients each week
- Create social media graphics for Instagram and TikTok
- Design eye-catching Reel covers, feed plans and promotional graphics
- Create branded content that aligns with each client's visual identity
- Assist with branding projects, including logos, colour palettes, typography and brand guidelines
- Collaborate with our content creators and account managers to bring creative concepts to life
- Contribute fresh ideas and stay ahead of current social media design trends
- Manage multiple client accounts and meet weekly deadlines
- Ensure every design is polished, engaging and aligned with each client's brand
Every week you'll be designing for completely different industries, from construction companies and cafés to beauty clinics, automotive brands, real estate agencies and national businesses, so versatility and creativity are essential.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Extensive experience designing Instagram and TikTok content (essential)
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- A strong understanding of current Instagram and TikTok trends
- Excellent layout, typography and branding skills
- A creative eye and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently under deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)
While not essential, experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
- Website design (Shopify, Wix or Squarespace)
- Branding and logo design
- Creating complete branding kits and style guides
- Canva and Figma
- Basic motion graphics or animation
- Basic video editing
- Experience working in a marketing or creative agency
