About the role:
- Advise Year 7-12 parents on the best education strategy for their child, based on the latest evidence-based research.
- Design strategic education roadmaps tailored to client outcomes and individualised student learning needs.
- Implement roadmaps through a personalised blend of teaching, mentoring, and coaching to strategically manage each student’s growth trajectory.
- Proactively report on key project milestones and each student’s measurable improvements in academic skills, results and mindset.
- Maintain exceptional levels of strategic advisory methodology and client service.
- This is a project-based contract role - you determine how much you wish to work. Lucrative remuneration based on a per student per month fee. Earnings vary based on project scope, duration and number of students. You decide!
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or equivalent. Experience in psychology and coaching is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Have demonstrated experience working directly with Year 7-12 students over an extended period (6+ months), with a track record of academic improvement.
- Possess strong, working knowledge of the NSW secondary education system, including curriculum requirements, ATAR scaling, and university–career pathways.
- Be confident in breaking down subject content, building tailored learning systems, and strategically designing the most efficient trajectory to meet each student’s goals.
- Take a results-oriented approach, blending structure, behavioural insight, and strategic planning to help students reach their full potential.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- This position is offered on a contractor basis, so you’ll need to hold (or be willing to obtain) an ABN. As a contractor, you’ll have the freedom to set your own hours and will be generously rewarded for the expertise you bring to the role.
